Thanks for this video. I have a question here. If i protect my sheet or workbook, will anyone be able to change the data if i send the sheet by email to someone else?

@ummmomen As long as you use a password when you protect it, they should not be able to change anything. But make sure that you don't allow users to edit data when you protect the sheet; there are options for this that appear when you go to protect the sheet.
