A letter from home is a musical performance piece devised in collaboration with Blanchard de Plaizir, a Manchester based Congolese musician, performed in December 2006. The play explored issues of identity following war and displacement, and was part of the Exodus Onstage theatre festival exploring war, diaspora and asylum. This project was part of the University of Manchester and CATR's AHRC funded research project, 'In place of War
