  • Easy mode here I come

  • @PatrickEsdamX Square wasn't "bought out", Sakaguchi (the creator of your beloved oldies) fucked the company over by putting all of their resources in Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. A merger was prompted before release but it was inevitable after.

I loved SE, but for those who hate it because it's not "like old square", they should blame no one else but the man who defined "old square".

  • Haters gonna hate but I loved this game

  • GARBAGE

  • @TheMustik92 im an ff fan and you sir are right on so many levels.

  • @TheBuffaloafer I liked Tifa, and Aeris was okay. But everyone else were ass hats.

  • @GenerationBright Yeah, and I hated most of the characters in VII

  • I don't want to sound like a douche but seriously. When ever someone likes ffxiii the ff fagboys rage on them saying the game sucks and all that jazz. Now to hear them not approve this game despite it being what a typical ff game is, meaning non-linear gameplay etc, kinda proves that they are mindless sensetive assholes who can never be pleased.

  • @FoxStrider7 Final Fantasy VII had crap dialogue... Sure the story was great, but the dialogue was a laughing matter.

The same can be said for VIII, though IX's dialogue was definitely an improvement.

  • @unprofessionalvids agreed I like the movie as a stadard syfy adventure however final fantasy shouldn't of been on the title of that movie since it share almost zero themes from the series.

  • @thaneros yeah the also seem to forget the FF VII also had it's own times of Japanese sillyness that all of sudden people bitch about it being too japanese. for god sakes cloud dress up like a girl. and it is a japanese company what are they to expect.

  • @GenerationBright gawwdd spirits within.. unpleasant flashback

  • @FoxStrider7 FFVII dialog was horrible! the translation was garbage and for some reason people forget that...

  • I haven't played this game but from the looks of it, I wish it would hide the complex design so i don't feel like I'm choosing "missions" on a grid but instead just training and doing things that will give me rewards in the end. I liked final fantasy 7 (one of the few i have played) the best. Something about the overall mood didn't seem so "try-hard" to capture my interest (as 13 seems to be), but instead FF7 told a story, perhaps best through social dialog and comedy in a dark setting.

  • @nightzeroAX i dont care what you assumed but youre wrong so your info wasnt straight.. swallow your pride and admit it.. well actually i dont even care, youre just embarrassing yourself by clinging to something you now know is wrong

  • Wow, Open world menu!

  • @LordAbraxas666 Congrats. You overate Kitase-san as he works with Toriyama. But I do agree that most of the crappy ideas come from Toriyama

  • @nightzeroAX I agree, 7 had shallow characters, but I just never used them. Cloud was cool and had great development, Nanaki was awesome not to mention Vincent. I liked Tifa, but the rest could have been cut out and it would have made no difference to me. Still, it's my favorite because of the story. 10 was the shit, just absolutely and undeniably fun.

  • @nightzeroAX XIII was cool despite being stuck with certain characters. I think they could've tweaked the story so that didn't have to happen. Hope was a drag not to mention Snow. I love tactics it was my first tactical RPG. I may play 1&2 on the GBA when I go on a long trip or something. I noticed you didn't have 12 or 4 on there. Forgive my grammar.

  • @TheJandRReptiles 7 10 (Not completed but at the final bosses area.) 13 (I've completed 3 days ago.) Tactics/Advance (My most favorite completed both) Dawn of Souls (I didn't really get into 1&2) Before 13 came into existence X was my favorite even though I didn't finish it. I only played 7 and stopped cause some of the characters feel shallow however I did beat Crisis Core which imo a great prequel to the original in terms of story despite its horrid gameplay. I tend to click more with Zack.

  • Give this franchise back to YOSHINORI KITASE!!! because Motomu Toriyama only does shitty games.

  • @arrowmanmike In the demo I died when one was leader. So i assumed it would be the same in the official release. My info is straight.

  • @nightzeroAX i actually bought the game and it says in the game during one of the tutorials that if the leader dies the other character will automatically be selected take place of the old leader... get your info straight

  • @nightzeroAX Finishing up, I'd recommend all the other FF's in this order 7,10,8,13,13-2,tactics, tactics advanced,6,5,1,2,3,and then 9. Also any KH game is awesome too, do be sure to play them.

  • @nightzeroAX I did, and there are a couple reasons the main being that there is only one character that can summon. The chick, and while 10 did the same thing, the difference is you fought AS the summons in 10 rather than 9 where the bitch can only summon. Also, I was used to a serious but fun and engaging story with serious characters. In 9 there were ONLY silly characters and I didn't like the story as much. This is of course, just my opinion and you may love the game. But I dont.
