Breathtakingly groundbreaking. When this came out, there was nothing -- NOTHING -- that sounded even remotely like this. This tune was a window to the future. But then Scots, and APB are Scots, are great at innovation. We had great deejays in Montreal back in the day, so I remember when this was still hot wax. And it's way cool to this very day. It would have every right to be a contemporary chart-topper. Thanks for posting, cassflix.
