  • R u gay fat luke

  • clearly, from watching the episode, Fat Luke is not gay. I appreciate the offer but I'm going to have to respectfully decline. maybe wolfrolf from the comments on episode 3 will take you up on your offer.

  • Are you guys Swatties? Pretty prescriptivist for Swatties!

Class of '04 here, (irregardless). ;)

  • Anything other than a widespread prescriptive view of grammar will eventually lead to the decay of the English language. It's already started. We're just doing our part to stop it.

  • your mouth is weird

  • irregardless of what you think, for some reason it auto spells it

  • LOL!

  • —USAGE NOTE: Irregardless is considered nonstandard because of the two negative elements ir- and -less. It was probably formed on the analogy of such words as irrespective, irrelevant, and irreparable. Those who use it, including on occasion educated speakers, may do so from a desire to add emphasis.

Irregardless first appeared in the early 20th century and was perhaps popularized by its use in a comic radio program of the 1930s.

  • Totally agree, hate it when ppl use "irregardless". One of my pet peeves, just like "I could care less".

  • Marina hotforwords wants to be on your show

  • OMFG Mike!

    xoxoxo

    Your favorite Commie.

  • English is not decaying, it's changing, like it always has. We don't go around speaking like Chaucer do we?

Anyway, I don't mean to argue. I liked the video.
