lmao, to hear people complain about today's music, as not being good or a lot of crap. you sound like your parents did when they heard us listening to nirvana, hootie, metalica and so on..and so did there parents complain to them. about elvis and stevie wonder. music matches the times and what the people are facing in the moment.. so today's music may have a lot more anger. there wasn't school bombing or towers being blown up. so lay off new music. or here is an idea. dont listen to it

No. He's right. Yes every decade has had it's share of awful music but nothing like we've seen now. Even the One-hit wonders of yesteryear gave SOMETHING new to work with and showed potential. Now, main stream music (no thanks in partial to Clear Channel and the 'Justin Beiber Generation' that happen to be tone-deaf). POINT is enjoy the music because it won't be as good as it was even before MY time it's better than what's on today.

I think you're romanticizing the past. The 70's, 80's, 90's, etc. all had their share of garbage music. We've just cherry-picked the best of each decade and that's given people the false impression that music was "so much better back then." No. It wasn't. If you're under the impression that the past decades weren't filled with corny garbage you're either in denial or delusional. They were just forgotten because no one cared enough to continue listening to these songs/artists.

@tomgibson Its better since they moved it to Daniel Island...something about the Homegrown show outside makes it better...especially in the rain!
