It's nice to hear from you! Good luck on the paleo challenge that is great you are doing that with your husband! All the food sounds great! I think it's a good Idea to take a break from the scale! It's finally cold here in Texas and I have been using the benie you sent me I love it thanks again my head and my ears thank you too:)

Hi Nili! Good to see you and good luck with the paleo. I have to give credit to everyone who does hcg during the holidays. I know you had to stop, but just even planning to do it is a feat. You look great to me!
I've had a very long break from hcg (since mid Sept.), and will be starting back soon.
