  • Heeyy !!! what' are you doing GRINGO PAVO , is not correct !! Never iced cube in the glass NEVER !!! shake whit iced and only the liquid in the glass OK . Is not on the rocks, very very bad. I'm from lima Peru. The clasic Piusco sour:

3 oz pisco quebranta (no aromatical grape )

    1 oz peruvian lemon

    1 oz sirop

    1 oz egg white

and 1 or 2 bitter angostura only, no more.

El pisco sour es un cocktail que se toma frio, luego ser batido dentro de una coctelera, servido SIN HIELOS !!

  • too much ice and angostura!

  • Omit the glass of ice at the end and add a total of 4 oz of Pisco 1 oz of Lime juice, 1 egg white, 2 oz of simpler syrup, 3 dashes of Angustura Bitters to the top......

That is the ORIGINAL RECIPE from Victor Vaughen Morris ~ 840 Boza, Lima Peru...... Signed- The Morris Bar...

  • Pisco sour is only peruvian. The creator is american Victor Morris for Perú in the bar Morris in Lima, Perú. Pisco is a city peruvian since 1640. Is delicious !!

  • never tried it with lime
