Ateyapi mentors Devin Whirlwind Soldier and Stephen Yellowhawk joined us for our November Discovery Day to perform Native American dances and songs and teach everyone how to play Native American handgames. @ThunderEagle7 I'm just saying... they do it wasn't suppose to rude... I understand that it comes from the heart and the beat and rhythm, etc.... if you talk that as rude you I can't help it... have you even heard buddhist monks chant before?? Its quite nice...

@revolversmoke You were rude. It is always appropriate to learn about music before you comment on it. Native singing has structure, a beat, and a message. It is not chanting, which is a sound or multiple sounds repeated. Perhaps when you learn to develop your ear you will also learn to appreciate the complexity of Native music. These beautiful songs were sung by young men who understand music from the heart and drum. Thank you for hearing my words.
