@d3putydawg It was part of one of Thames Television's annual Christmas Tapes (a marathon of cock-ups, blunders and pisstakes on everything - only for viewing at TV stations' Christmas parties). For the record, I received this clip in an e-mail a while back, but I couldn't find the whole source.

@quizmaster85 I used to get hold of BBC VT tapes back in the 80's. They would be priceless to watch now. You had people like Jan Leeming swearing their fucking heads off.
