  • Now I see why there's a narrator during Iron Chef! I sure could have used Alton Brown while watching this. Now HE would have told me in detail what that fresh green stuff was that she put on the plate after she'd already plated the salad. Scallions? Long beans? Cool video but not very helpful when you want to learn.
