citrus fruit seeds even in small quantities are very poisonous,just a small amount can damage your liver and kill you,you should remove the seeds.

i always wonder why all smoothies i see on internet are "super sized" :
2 orange, 2 cup of water 100+gr of spinach..... is that because you need to take this much or it s just for recording need??? when i do at home i use half ( or less) of typical internet portion.....

Okay. My turn,my turn! Here's what I've been juicing for the past 2 wks or so:
1 cup raw kale, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, 1 apple, (1) 1 inch by 1 inch piece of peeled ginger root, 1 lemon (or lime), 1piece of pineapple.
Now, since I'm juicing there is no pulp to speak of but that is a personal preference. I drink this over ice. Pure yumminess!
P.S. You crack me up, too....stinging nettles. HA!

Sweet vid! Thrive asked the question that had been on my mind about the smoothie vs. elixir question. I think it's a neat term , words are funny though...
Smoothie: sounds simple and uncomplicated
Elixir: sounds like it's time to put away the vita-mix and bust out the centrifuge *lol*
I like the whole idea of simple formulas though makes food prep easier and faster!

Dude, you rock, seriously. Word are fun, and I love them. Your interpretation would make a hilarious video. So bring it! Smoothies vs. Elixir's! :) I really enjoy people like you who take the time to let me and others know how you feel in a positive way. Thanks bro.
