@KGzII you don't pay off £9000 a year. when an individual leaves uni and starts earning over 21K a year they are taxed 9% of that amount and that pays off the university bill. if you don't earn over 21K you will pay nothing toward the £9000 fees. say you earn 22K a year, thats 1K over the 21 amount. 9% of that 1K will go toward paying off your student loans. Its not a big deal. Graduates earning over £21,000 will pay back £45 less per month than they did before this system.
