What a beast. There's really nothing out there that can round you out as an athlete like Dead lifts. presses, squats, rows, and side presses. I'm just impressed that you seem to have plugged all your weak leaks with all of them. You're putting up nice numbers on all lifts consistently. Doesn't it get boring once you hit that pinnacle? How do you get motivated to continue on??
@205haveitall Thanks and I can always get stronger and being strong and healthy never gets old ;-) Not bad for 37 and going on 38 this year
