forgot to mention that pizza is from Comune di Napoli in Italy where ingredients are regulated by law. But I will go to my local Sobeys to buy one to use as a frisbee for the dogs.

I would turn it down. Firstly, there is no such place as "Toscano", it is an twist of the region of Italy called Tuscany, or Tuscana in Italian. Secondly, who "authenticates" your bastardized pizza, some fictitious board of Toscano chefs? Pure marketing hype created from lies. Well, as Benjamin Disraeli said, there are three kinds of lies...lies, damn lies and toscano gourmet (sic) pizza.
