On December 15th, 2011, the inaugural speaker in the Water Diplomacy Seminar series was Dr. Ed Olowo-Okere, Director of Core Operations Services for the Africa Region, the World Bank.  Dr. Olowo-Okere presented "Meeting Africa's Water Challenge, the Time is Now" on behalf of Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili, Vice President of the Africa Region, the World Bank.
