Hi - As you can see, the 375 is a full spinet with two manuals and pedals. It is essentially a two-manual extension of your 320, but a lot better. The third keyboard, the Orbit gives you tremendous effects. This organ roughly dates back to 1975. On the Internet, I found that Amazon.com has the owner's manual which I thought you might like to check out. It was one of the first Orbit models. I can't remember if the 360 or 375 was first, they're both in the manual. Write anytime.
I used to work for a Wurlitzer dealer in Chicago as a teacher and demonstrator. The Model 320 had amazing sound and many features for a chord organ. Keep up the good work, you play great!
Do you know how much it weights?
It would be cool to use the guts and make it portable.
