Rapjee Wangchuk demonstrates 3 common mudras for Vajarayana Buddhist practice.in the Nyingma tradition. First, the Sky Treasure mudra, then the Eight Auspicious Offering mudra, and finally the Tsog Offering mudra. We hope you'll find these hellpful in your practice. Rapjee is one of HH Penor Rinpoche's close monks, who travelled and taught for years with His Holiness. He shows us how he was taught in the Palyul monastery.
