First time building computer ever. I actually built these the week before Christmas and started getting the parts late November.
The Temps are a bit high because I still have to wait for arctic silver to burn in ( subtract 2 to 6 degrees celcius) and I have another fan to attach to the cpu heatsink still)

@APhamx7 I have a Dell xps 8300 with i7 2800, Radeon hd 6670. The whole thing boots from the power button to a working desktop in 31 seconds. Idk why people buy an ssd.

@ziven22 i7 2800 doesn't exist. SSD's on 2nd gen intel boot from 8~11 seconds. SSDs are just faster for opening programs and game and such. A fine premium if you can afford.
