Yes and no. There's still a difference between a good kid's movie and a bad one, and kids aren't always the most discriminating audience, but just because someone laughs at "Dunston Checks In," it doesn't make it a good or worthwhile film. "Night" wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, kids' movie or no.
