How *do* you make it eye catching without using colours or fonts? You've told us what not to do, but not what to do.

@darkangael69 Thanks for the comment. I had to try and put as much information as possible since Youtube cuts down on the time. One tip to make it eye catching that I have done is add a photo at the top of your resume. Some applications it can be illegal, however most organizations don't care.

Also, I've asked a previous employer to make a quote about my work ethic and placed his quote at the top of my resume. It's like a product testimonial except the 'product' is me. Hope that helps :)
