in western colon massage. Both direction can be stimulated. It depends on the indication. Just look in an anatomybook and see why both directions can be used.°° Sorry I dont have the english words for the indication, but you can imagine if you know its anatomy. Man I have a little knowledge about tuina, just a basic western education in tuina ^^. But I don't know the theory anymore for giving a chinese colon massage. But iam relative sure, that both directions can be used also.
