League of Legends, Annie The Dark Child Take 2

This is my toon, Annie, in League of Legends. I recently just bought the Digital Collectors Bundle for the Goth Annie and other Champs. Annie is my favorite Mage in LoL, hands down. I took some peoples advice on building Annie and I appreciate the feed back :) I'm starting to use Mejai's Soul Stealer, what an amazing item...

I don't get any movement speed items other then Sorcerer boots or Mercury Treads, depending what the other team is heavy on. I think its how annie skips around that makes her look like she is speedy :P

As for my runes I get

Marks: 9 Magic Penetration 0.95

Seals: 9 Ability Power per level/ 0.1 or Health per level/ 1.08

Glyphs: 9 Magic Penetration 0.57

Quintessence: 3 Ability Power 4.5

I get around 150-300 ap depending on the lenght of the game, If it gets lengthy maybe 400ap

You gotta go the the Shop, go under Bundles, and get the Digital Collectors Bundle. You need Riot Points, which cost money
