Zachary Guitar Joe Satriani Always with you always with me

I noticed that there are now some Cheesy Videos of guys showing off their Zachary Guitars so I decided to make a cheezy video of my own. Playing one of my all time favorite songs I wanted to demonstrate that these Z guitars are not just for country music! This is a Zachary G2 and by far my favorite guitar. My wife filmed this with a simple Flip Video camera- it's amazing you can't hear any kids screaming in the background or sense any of the chaos that is usually taking place in this room. LOL!

Is it true that before purchasing a ZACHARY, that you had to send Zachary a video of you playing so he could determine if you were worthy of buying and owning one of his guitars?

I'm just curious, that's all.

Lotsa mistakes man! Ease up the vibrato - it's too "nervous", some of the bends were terribly out of tune.

LOL! Yeah, I don't like being in front of the camera very much, but it was fun to do. :) You can tell I was a little nervous because I was looking at the fretboard almost the whole time which I don't really have to do so much. I learned the song mostly by ear but used some tabs to get through, not really so much mistakes but just how I learned to play it over a period of time. Funny thing about Zachary guitars. No one really knows about them, very few are built , and as far as I can tell, none have ever been reviewed by a known guitar player - and yet the builder acts like he makes Stradivari, catering to only the finest players. The owner comes off as a real nut job. You're just making guitars, bud - relax...

Loved your playing. I could never play as well so I can't criticize. I have seen Satriani perform this many times live and you sound great. Even Joe doesn't do this song perfect at times. I did see him perform it perfectly before but not always. I like the Haruka Kageyama version check her out, she is a phenomena for sure. Keep up the great work and I hope you enjoy the Zachary guitar. I used to build many guitars in similar design but build angled headstock guitars mostly now.

A kind of pointless recording. I would probably not mention the playing itself (out of tune/rhythm/harmony and everything else) if you at least left the original sound of the guitar, but you ruined it too with that cheap plastic processor effect.
