恒例の雑煮です

作り方:
1.鍋にオリーブオイルを敷き、鶏肉を軽く炒めます。
2.1の鍋に水を入れ、笹掻きして灰汁抜きした牛蒡、短冊切りにした人参を入れ、醤油、酒、味醂、砂糖で味付けし、灰汁取りしながら煮込みます。
3.椀に別茹でした餅を入れ、2.の汁を盛り付け、さらに蒲鉾、伊達巻、別茹でしたほうれん草を入れて出来上がり。
