WATCH VIDEO IN HIGH QUALITY!!! Classic battle for eastern division at Memorial Stadium. Colts tie the game at 7 with less than a minute to go to force overtime just as the fog begins to descend upon the stadium. Jones leads the Colts in overtime to put the Colts in position to claim the division (had to beat New England in week 14 to secure title). Roger Carr makes some great catches in the OT.

  • i sure loved the colts when they were in Baltimore

  • I told stories about this game for years. I was 16 at the time, and sitting in the temporary seats in the open end of the horse shoe. I remember these Dolphin fans sitting behind me saying that they loved coming to Baltimore "There's something Midevel about this place, we love it". I ended up in the middle of the field, couldn't find my father and was holding Tom MacLeod's chin strap and about six rolls of tape that I kept for years. This is really great being able to see these again.

  • OMG, Bill Belichick at 2:21!!!

  • John Facenda, the music of Sam Spence, and the camera work and production of NFL Films. Those were the days!!!!

  • @rchtmn2010 Right on, bro. The Baltimore Colts moving to Indianapolis rates right up there with the Brooklyn Dodgers moving to LA as one of the worst franchise shifts ever. Should never have been allowed to happen, in light ofthe Colts being involved in the two most important games in NFL history, the 1958 NFL Championship game vs. the NY Giants, and Super Bowl III vs the NY Jets.

  • This is awesome! I really love hearing Chuck Thompson's radio call. It brings back special memories. I was 14 at the time and being punished for not raking the leaves--my punishment was that I wasn't allowed to watch TV. Instead I listened to it on the radio. I will never forget Chuck Thompson's call of the winning FG by Toni Linhart. Absolute classic!

  • You may notice the woman at 2:41 you'll see her in the "Miracle at the Meadowlands" highlight film.

  • II still cant aknowledge the Indianapolis Colts....It would have been nice had the name and colors stayed in Baltimore

  • Wow, I wish I could go back in time. America wasn't so... "corrupt" and run on money back then.

  • Dolphins vs Colts in 1975 playing for the AFC East Championship great game

  • The 70's marked the end of an era in pro football. Most of the games were played outside on grass/dirt fields. When it rained the field turned to slush and you played in mud. Also quarterbacks didn't wear any dresses and got hit just like any other player.

  • I was at that game section 4 in en zone upper deck row seven seat one.In the the horse shoe. Burt Jones is the best pure passer I have ever seen. If not for injuries he would have gone to the hall of fame Lydell wasn't to bad also. But Burt always had a perfect spiral and it was on the money . What a ere game . Burt looked good just warming up. I loved I had season ticket and there gone. I love the Ravens but that Blue and White with the horse shoe belong to Baltimore!!!
