This mantra is taken from the last four lines of Guru Gobind Singh's Jaap Sahib. It is a mantra used to remove fear, anxiety and phobias. It is a mantra to make one experience victory.

"Chattr Chakkr Vartee is the mantra for the heart center, it gives direct energy to it. When you are sinking, if you know this mantra and can sing it, you can totally recuperate yourself." — Yogi Bhajan

Anger is just energy. Anger and Ego are a tag team match. Men are more identified with their ego than women. What is Anger and Ego protecting you from ? Ultimately your POWER.

  • Sat Nam, does it matter if when doing the meditation and holding the arm up as you describe, can it be held up using something to keep it up for the whole 11 minutes? the arm gets tired its painful. Thank you

    @asm1201 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a science of angles - when you hold your arm up to 60 degrees - it activates the liver meridian. The liver stores the anger. Try practicing it correctly for 5 mins and then work your way up to 11 mins. Use your breath to keep your arm up and anger will start to move out of your body.

    Sat Nam, Yes it works with trapped energy (ANGER) within your body. Everything that is NOT you needs to move and be cleared. You are LIGHT and LOVE.

  • thank you soo much this really helped i was about to flip out at my girlfreind during a silly fight but this helped me calm down and think twice and possibly save my relationship uneccessary harm thank you guru..

    Sat Nam, AWESOME --- Keep your cool. Women will always test your patience - that's their job.  It feels good to be in control of yourself. When in doubt leave the room - get yourself together - take your space. She'll respect you for it.

  • Thank you very much, due to my professor's incompetence I had wasted 3 hours on two tests she didn't mean to give us. And will have to take two different tests again.

    I was angry, but now I feel a lot better. :)

  • Sat Nam, You will feel good afterwards YES --- the technology enables to actually MOVE anger out of your body - when ANGER is GONE the only thing left is WISDOM. Try it and have the experience !

    Do it for 40 days - you will be a different person.
