Yes their is a drink culture in this country amongst the youth has been like this for the past 20 years or so... some british people can actually handle their drink. i am one of them ;)

@toxic2k7 what you do is, when someone whos pissed gets on, look them right in the eye as they walk up, this way they will think you are a nutter and not sit next to you
