Mr. Bucheery talks about the long-term and short-term effects of the crisis on Bahrain's economy and its banking sector.

The February crisis led to the downgrade of Bahrain's credit rating resulting into higher cost of borrowing for the banks which will translate into higher lending costs for the individuals and companies. Yet overall, Bahrain banking sector remains strong.
