This song has nothing to do with the "prosperity gospel". It has nothing to do with material wealth or gain. It has EVERYTHING to do with opening up to the Holy Spirit and coming into a place of allowing God to increase our capacity - for love, for blessing, for sharing, and giving. Yes, increasing our resources - for receiving and sharing God's love with others. This song speaks to our need to be filled with the very essence of Christ.

@SP0813 In general, I agree with you. But if she were singing this with a bunch of homeless people, would you have a different opinion? BEFORE the US economy melted down, the unemployment rate among the Transgendered exceeded seventy percent. 70+%!! I think we are certainly in need of prayer around this, especially since so many of those who normally help the poor (meaning churches) routinely turn away Trans people & deny them the help they need. The prayer is FROM the Bible...
