How to Mount a Rocker Switch In casing various devices we are often faced with the need to make openings for different components, such as switches, indicator lamps, and sockets. The majority of such components can be mounted in round openings and secured with a screw. But what if we need to mount a rocker switch, and the opening has to be rectangular in shape? We can certainly drill many holes along the perimeter, remove the unneeded material and file the edges, but let's be honest here - it takes time. This purpose would be much better served by the XENDOLL mini-milling machine designed to make holes and openings of any shape and size. Now, let's grip this part in a vice and cut an appropriately shaped hole. Of course we would need to finish off with a file to adjust the somewhat roundish angles to a rectangular shape. And now it's time to try mounting the switches. So, if this kind of task is something you need to do quite often, you might want to acquire this small milling machine - it would make your life a lot easier!
