The mako shark is one of nature's most badass designs. It moves like a missile in the sea. It has scary eyes and sharp teeth. It just looks totally cool throughout.

This is nothing. The Mako is much more faster than you can see on Movie.

Not the worst. Bull Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Great Whites and White Tip sharks are the real potentially dangerous fish.

68 miles per hour is equivalent to about 109 kilometers per hour. That thing is like an AIM-9 sidewinder missle in the sea. I love marine biology.

I have a mako sharktooth that was marbled and finalized with a silver pendant. it was worth it. I always though mako was just the name of a company. lol. then I saw this. this is a pretty extraodinary creature.

yeah mate it is like being hit by a train apparently they begin their run about 200m away from their prey and hit with serious pace
