So they offered to go ask if those people are of such race, and granted them with the documents with the very big grant rate, and since those 'representatives of the german race' could not speak german at all, they hired the teachers of german at expence of people of Germany and those granted with the documents were even eligible to immigrate in Germany as it was offered later (repatriation program). The northern part of Poland was at the time known by the lower economical efficiency.

The southern part of Poland received the very different economically educated SS administration, and a few Poland natives there survived the war.

SS was known by the other projects connected with humanity like the international legion of SS.
