The first level of Castle Danube, the extra scenario that comes with Superior Interactive's PC remake of Ravenskull (http://www.superiorinteractive.com/ravenskull/) completed without taking the fish. Not quite a perfect run, though the unpredictable behaviour of the appearing and disappearing gates blocking two treasures makes perfection nearly unachievable, so I was not too concerned about a couple of small mistakes elsewhere. At one point I hit the wrong key and dropped an object that I then had to pick up again, but this does not affect the character's health.
The music for this video is, inevitably, The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss.
