Annual Snow Plough Test Run 24/11/20113.wmv

On a wild and blustery afternoon, I went to Llangennech to film this year's Margam Snow Plough Test Run 2Z99 to Llandilo Jnc and return, in the capable hands of DBS Class 66's 66074 and 66151. Whilst there I also filmed a few other workings that passed through. It's interesting to note, that a few weeks after last year's test, it snowed...so beware!

Good stuff as always Bob, a busy day there. Luckily, so far, the snowploughs haven't been needed. When that 153 pulled up I could imagine Lou shouting 'BUS!'

@railwaychannel My pleasure Mark, On these runs there are always two people in the cab, with the driver and the second man having limited forward viewing through cutouts on the Snow Plough...all clever stuff....Bob
