Goals to watch when losing weight:
Add fruits and vegetables that you enjoy to your diet. Apples with yogurt, Carrots and Ranch... it's all helpful!
(I have no other correlation with Under Armour® than just wearing their gear, it adds motivation and confidence to what I could look like) :D
