@zenoist2 I already explained how the BBC may have appeared to know early in my previous comment. I still question that anybody in the BBC would need to be told in the first place. Even if somebody high up in the BBC did know there is still no reason for them to tell the reporter about the collapse before it happened even if it was a conspiracy. Although I'm sure you think the opposite, I am open minded and if you can give me a logical reason for them doing this then I will listen.

Firemen predicted the building was going to collapse soon. Chances are somebody thought they were saying it had collapsed. The BBC probably just realised the mistake and cut her off to avoid embarrassment. It's not that implausible, just a bit of miscommunication and it is certainly more plausible than the idea that reporters were told about the collapse before it happened. Can anyone give me a good reason why the reporter would be told in advance when she would have reported it as it happened?
