@01avin so at what point in time do you hope to actually own these property's,after your hire purchase commitments are concluded with the banks?It is no surprise to me as to why they call it the never never.The sky may not be falling in here at the moment but OS it is.Why on earth would I want to buy here when in Europe i can get five for the price of one here!
