there is no way of BSU getting into the Rose Bowl only because it is going to be either Oregon/Oregon St. vs Ohio State. the best possible scenario for BSU is the fiesta bowl because the other bowls are basically full.

The current scheme for selecting the national championship is a complete joke. The powers that be already anointed the three teams that would finish in the top. Even if a team like Boise State won every game by 500 points and held their opponents to 0, it wouldn't mean anything to the biased, and dishonest, people who select the national champion. It's a joke, just like the voting for the Heisman. Case Keenum is this year's best player, but he got screwed by a defective, dishonest system.
