Hi, in this video I show you how to do my ab routine for achieving a flat toned stomach and a strong core. My featured tip uses weights in order to expedite achieving strong abdominal muscles in less time while using traditional crunches. You don't have to spend enormous amounts of time doing situp routines if you use proper form and concentrate on using your abdominal muscles properly. Please give it a try. You will see results! Remember good form is the key and so is consistency. I never leave the gym without doing my ab work. A strong core will help your back as well if you suffer from back problems. Be careful when adding weights to your routine if you have any type of neck or back injury. You don't want to make it worse. Start with light weights if you are new to using weights.   • @anaof16 Hi, no every other day or 3-4 times a week. It's good to give your ab muscles a day of rest in between workouts.

  • Is it bad to do workout for abs everday? I do. I'm a teen and having hard time to get flat abs...:(

  • @emilywarawa Hi, you will get better results by doing them every other day. You should have a 24 hour rest in between ab workouts in order for muscles to repair. That's how they tone and strengthen.

  • Are you suppose to do all that at once? or can you chose what you want to do?

  • Hi, you can do it either way. It's up to you. I do this entire routine when I do my situps workout, but you can omit parts or add different exercises as you see fit. If there is an exercise you don't like or you are uncomfortable doing, please do substitute something else or simply extend one of the other exercises, but do spend at least 10 minutes on your abs for best results.
