Remembering My Grandfather

My grandfather died on July 17, 2006. I made this video in honor of a great and loving man. I will love and miss him FOREVER!

My grandfather died a few hours ago.. I've known him all of my life but I wasn't emotionally attached or anything, although I think about the times I used to talk to him when I was a kid and when he would walk me and my siblings to school.. and it makes me want to cry. He renewed his wedding vows just a few months ago and we were all there happy and whatnot, and he was doing great.. my biggest regret is I didn't get to say goodbye. Last week was the last time I ever saw him. R.I.P Grandpa José

@Trike17 Oh I'm VERY SORRY to hear about your loss!! I felt the same way when my grandmother in Palestine died. She was the sweetest woman in the world and I only met her a few times. It really hurt me when she died because I felt like I never even got to really know her, at all.

I'm sure your grandfather is with my grandpa in a much better place. And I'm happy he got to renew his vows before he passed. RIP. And just remember, he's happy wherever he is and he'll always look after you!

What a great video! Your grandpa would have been very proud of you, trust me! It is a year today that my grandpa dies, I really miss him as he was the only grandfather I had met. My grandma (his wife) is also very sad, they have been married for 60 years!! I understand what you feel, but don't make this one of your obstacles as "obstacles are those frightful things we see when we take our eyes off our goal!"

i know how u feel my great grandpa died i in may of 2010.it is really horrible feeling u cant explain it in words. its so sad especialy if u had a great bond between each other. my great grandpa( 1918 - 2010)

@hugewais I'm sorry for your loss as well! What sucks about my grandfather dying is that I was just getting old enough to really have great, deep convos with him and share our love for black and white movies. I just got into classic movies (his one obsession) the same month he died....I really regret not getting into them sooner! We could have had many great nights watching Jimmy Stewart or Cary Grant. Damn :(

My Pappy(grandfather) Just died today around 1:00pm. I loved hime so much and i know he is in heaven and i pray for his eternal rest. I love you Pappy! :)

My grandpa died feb 9 2011 he was like,e a father to me and i miss him he was a great man served in the military and Greenfield,Indiana made a captains rank just for him. and i am sorry for ur lost.
