@dgj3925 U r so right. They show these people shopping att the time buying stuff I'd NEVER buy. I shop at the Navy Commissary and they will NOT accept ANY coupons printed off the computer, since so many are scams. So I have to get them only from a newspaper, so they are just a fraction of the cost of the item.
Send your unwanted coupons to the troops overseas, the commisarry will accept coupons that are expired for up to six months.. Send to: Incirlik Coupon Program 39FSS/FSFR Unit 7505 Box 175, APO, AE 09824
The only problem with this method is that not everything on sale are items that you would want to buy. There were only two items that I would actually eat!

You can get the items you don't eat and trade them with other couponers for things you do eat..

Here's 3000 in coupon savings.
1000 grocery stores
1000 restaurants
1000 general merchandise
I also discovered lots of other ways to save money with discount coupons. This one is the real deal for sure.

I wouldn't have eaten any of them! They're all non-food items.
