@fincasandaluciablog Yuppies? The majority of these people are using rented, chartered, community, borrowed - with or without permission - boats. And most of them are probably rednecks or college kids from UTA. Maybe a great many of them using the boats of daddy or uncle yuppie, but that's it. You don't live in that area and not have access to a boat through somebody, if you want to party. 6th street isn't always the best place to be.
