i cant say any of my coaches has ever made us practice recovering after a crab, why dont you just learn to row properly? Then you wont crab...

Wes and PJ had been rowing about 50k a day down in florida and had just needed to release and came up with it and did it on the first try, Aligators were watching. thanks for viewing
