  • If you remove your foot the pedals keep moving? So, it's not totally self-propelled. It moves on its own a bit w/ momentum? Sounds like less of a work-out than an upright bike.

  • Excuse my ignorance, but how can you make a career out of teaching indoor cycling? It's so simple. Just adjust power output depending on how much fitness you want to gain.
