Segments from the "BendiGirl Yoga with Kristen McGee" workout video: Led by Kristin McGee, its a great stretch and movement workout for 9 to 12-year-old girls. These are all "real" yoga poses -- easy-to-follow classics like cobra, downward dog, tree, cat curl and warrior.
