As a survivalist I could go weeks on that food and living in the bush, gathering wild foods to subsidize me , but for city folks or some one that is not a survivalist it would last 7 days supplying them with enough calories. It has (1) 2400 Calorie Food Bars and (6) Deluxe MRE Full Meals.

She is really a picky eater. She only likes fresh veg and fruits most of the time.
