Abbey Lake Spring 2011 Part 4 - Carp Fishing

It's two weeks since i was last on Abbey lake and i am back again for another three days. Conditions are ideal with a nice southerly blowing across the lake and racing grey clouds moving across the sky. As i pull the car up into the first swim i immediately spot some carp loitering around the bay to my right.
I let the car roll quietly to a halt and silently get out of the car gently pushing the door shut. The last thing i wanted to do was spook the fish.
