And our correspondent in Dallas spoke to an enthusiastic artistic director who liked Shen Yun so much, she saw the performance two days in a row. Let's take a look.

Shen Yun Performing Arts came to Dallas, Texas, December 17th through 19th. At the AT&T Performing Arts Center, the artistic director at the Dallas Conservatory for the Arts was enthusiastic after seeing the show.

[Jacqueline Porter, Artistic Director, Dallas Conservatory for the Arts]:
"Fantastic. A surprise, a complete surprise, and so cleverly done and way they married the backdrop with the action on stage—just fantastic."

Mrs. Porter says she was really taken aback by Shen Yun's orchestra.

[Jacqueline Porter, Artistic Director, Dallas Conservatory for the Arts]:
"Beautiful. I used to be married to a symphony conductor, and I appreciate music and the music was fabulously, fabulously played. And so beautiful and compelling."

As a conservatory artistic director, Mrs. Porter also appreciates the intricacies in the dances.

"I could so appreciate the comprehensive training these dancers get. It's unbelievable. And the precision... it's just fabulous."

She recommends everyone to go see the show.

[Jacqueline Porter, Artistic Director, Dallas Conservatory for the Arts]:
"If you love Broadway shows this is sort of such a different thing to bring in to your realm of enthusiasms. But now I am a complete Chinese classical dance enthusiast."

She is pleased to hear Shen Yun will perform in New York at Lincoln Center and in Washington, D.C. at the Kennedy Center next month.
