This is a new listing I have in Nashville's most authentic loft property. Werthan was originally a cotton mill in the 1800's and in the 20th century was a manufacturing facility for burlap, sand, and paper bags. This unit features tall ceilings, an open floor plan, stainless appliances, brilliant natural light and a private balcony. The development has one of the liveliest social scenes that takes full advantage of the pool, bocce court, and outdoor bar.

Yes the parking is gated. What do you mean enclosed? Inside? The spots are not assigned and some are out and the others can be inside the parking garage. Most all of Werthan is occupied. The HOA is $264 per month.

  • Gated Parking? If so is it enclosed? How many units are at the location and of that how many are occupied. What about HOA fees?
